How to card with full anonymity?

I want full anonymity while carding online. I have a city precise HTTP proxy, MAC spoofer, and CCleaner. I've heard about RDPs and VMs but don't know how to access them, the tutorials I found only show how to connect to a PC you own. Also how would a RDP or WM work with a proxy? Would you just download and run the proxy on the host PC or run the proxy before logging on the host PC?
