A lot of people ask whether a website is a scam or not; it's easy to find out:

What you say doesn't make 0% logic. What does the source code have to do with whether the owner is an honest person?

Actually it makes sense, due to security reasons. Note that Tor browser gives you a way to block JS totally - why do that?
And wordpress - it is a quick way to create fake marketplace with no programming knowledge.
But not only JS or Wordpress are sign of scam.
Just explore the marketplace, especially testimonials page. Check out testimonials. And then go check it the next day. Testimonials did not change, but their dates changed - all increment +1 day.
Go there next day and next day and see that testimonial dates increment and text does not change.
That's definitely scam.
