WAF (NMAP Scanning)

Can someone tell me how to bypass a WAF when scanning one's network? Because i've tried to scan a network and then it blocked (temporarily, about 4hrs) my IP. I hope someone can answer my question guys. thanks

can you hack a network over an ip ? I can provide a IP if you hacked it then we can proceed further.
